Oh nicotine, what a mean addiction you can be. Cold turkey is the best but for those who need replacement therapy there is the patch, gum, and lozenge. All over the counter. I prefer the gum and it comes in either 4 or 2 milligrams. Generic drug store brands are just as good as the top brand name Nicorette which costs a little more.
And careful where you buy your cigs. I always bought mine in either drug stores or my local grocery store run by a guy named Joe which had the Parliament special- two plus one free pack.
